Body Composition Analysis

The InBody 380 Body Composition Scan is a one-hour, one-on-one session designed to establish a clear baseline of your current health and body composition. We’ll review key metrics like body fat, lean mass, and metabolic markers so you understand exactly where you are and what matters most moving forward.

During our time together, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, training, nutrition, and daily habits, and we’ll identify where small, more primal choices can have the biggest impact. This is a coaching conversation, not just a scan, focused on clarity and direction rather than guesswork.

Based on your goals, I’ll create a custom macronutrient plan to support fat loss, muscle gain, or performance. You’ll also receive primal-approved food guidance, carbohydrate recommendations, and simple meal ideas to help you apply what we discuss right away.
